Twin Lakes consist of Lake Mary and Elizabeth Lake which provides many warm-weather activity options. These lakes host several neighborhoods, a nationally recognized ski team, and an array of beaches. The town itself hosts multiple parades, festivals, farmer’s markets, and snow shows. It’s also a 20-30 minute drive from other popular areas such as Lake Geneva, Kenosha, and Mchenry.

 

The population is approximately 6,000, and over 60% of the residents have some form of higher education. Approximately 70% of the residents own their homes. The most recent median sale price of single-family homes home is $383,900, while the median rent is $1100. It’s also a great place for families as Randall Consolidated School and Trevor-Wilmont Grade School are top-rated public schools. With crime rates well below the national average, it’s a safe place to be.
